Yes, you will need to register to attend the event. You can register to attend at https://scottisheducationexhibition.vfairs.com/en/registration Please complete all the relevant details. This event is open to public and private sector organisations.
No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate in our event. You only need to have access to the Internet.
Don’t worry you can reset your password – click the ‘login’ link on scottisheducationexhibition.vfairs.com and follow the instructions for forgotten password.
We’ll shortly load a tutorial video onto the event website. Please look out for this.
The event will be open from 1000 and will remain open until 1900 on 9 September. Please note that all content will be available on demand for 30 days after the event.
No, the event is completely flexible so you can attend for as long as you like. You can also leave the event and return later in the day if there are any specific presentations you want to watch.
The event will have as many features as a live event. You can access the speaker presentations in the auditorium and visit each university stand in the exhibition halls. You will also be able to take part in Q&A during/after speaker sessions and join in chat in the chat rooms. And you can add content to your swag bag and email it to yourself so you can access it any time.
You can either search in the ‘search booth’ box at the top of the page (type in the name of the booth you want to visit), or you can use the keywords search on the right-hand side of the main navigation bar to search by sector/keyword.
Visit the Exhibition Hall and click into the appropriate stands. If you click the Chat button this will allow you to chat with the booth representatives. The platform is easy to navigate around but if you have any questions just head to the info desk.
All presentations can be accessed via the Auditorium.
Yes, we will upload a schedule with all of the presentation details and times.
We ask that any discussions are kept strictly professional. Please use appropriate language. Reps will ensure they answer all queries in their booths.
Our technical team will be on hand to answer any technical support questions at the info desk.
All content will remain on the site for 30 days, allowing registered delegates the opportunity to revisit on a different day and still be able to access all the presentations and exhibition stands.
